EFILES

Efiles is used by the Auditor's Office to make available online City records such as Ordinances, Resolutions, Council Agendas and Minutes,  historical documents and photographs. Efiles also contains information on records stored at the Archives and Records Center.

Many of the records available in Efiles are electronic and can be accessed immediately. The majority of records, however, correspond to a physical record held at the Archives and Records Center. These physical records are represented by a catalog entry. The catalog entry contains information about the record such as title, creator and date created.
