2007 Edition of the Standard Construction Specifications

We are pleased to announce that the new 2007 City of Portland Standard Construction Specifications is now available.  It has been 20 years since the Standard Specifications have been completely updated.  This document is the result of over three year's work by BES, PDOT and PWB personnel.

The Standard Specifications are patterned after the 2002 ODOT/AWPA Oregon Standard Specifications for Construction with modifications to accomodate the unique issues encountered in urban construction.

Note that the new specifications do not contain any drawings as did the 1987 edition.  The drawings are currently being updated by the respective Bureaus and will be posted on the PDOT website in the near future.  Continue to use the current drawings as needed in individual project plans.
