Enforcement Services
The Bureau of Development Services operates enforcement programs that ensure compliance with City codes and state construction codes. Enforcement remedies include compliance requests, civil penalties, stipulated agreements, orders from the City's Code Hearings Officer and abatement of dangerous structures and nuisances.
