The Hearings Office may occasionally be closed at times during these hours. Before coming to the Hearings Office, please call 503-823-7307 to ensure that someone will be available to assist you.

The Hearings Office does not accept emails.

Hearings Officers cannot talk to parties outside of a hearing, however Hearings Office staff may be able to answer many questions for you.

Please allow sufficient time: hearings start on time and if you are not present you may lose the opportunity to appear and to present evidence.
