(Amended by Ordinance No. 169228, Aug. 23, 1995.) Private street improvements
shall consist of 1-1/2 inches of Class "C" asphalt concrete on 1-1/2 inches of
Class "B" asphalt concrete on 6 inches of 1-1/2 inch minus compacted crushed
gravel upon a compacted subgrade that has achieved 95 percent compaction. No gates or other barriers which would restrict vehicles or pedestrians from
using the private street may be located on a private street approved under this
section.
