REASONABLE ACCOMODATION
Administrative Rule Adopted by Office of Neighborhood Involvement
ARB-ENB-18.18
Definition:
To furnish additional time or other resources as available to accommodate any person who demonstrates a need as defined by Neighborhood Inspections.
Policy:
Neighborhood Inspections will consider each application for “Reasonable Accommodations” on a case-by-case basis.
Neighborhood Inspections may do one or more of the following if the request for Reasonable Accommodations has been accepted:
- Allow a specified amount of additional time to correct violations, or
- Assist in finding an agency or volunteers to help correct violations, if possible.
