Our Emergency Communications Operators answer approximately 2500 emergency and non-emergency telephone calls each day, or nearly one million calls per year. We are committed to providing professional, efficient, and courteous customer service; however, we recognize that at times, the 9-1-1 call-taker’s response to an emotionally charged situation might not be what you had expected.
