Our Emergency Communications Operators answer approximately 2500 emergency and non-emergency telephone calls each day, or nearly one million calls per year.  We are committed to providing professional, efficient, and courteous customer service; however, we recognize that at times, the 9-1-1 call-taker’s response to an emotionally charged situation might not be what you had expected.  Therefore, we ask that you take some time to complete the most appropriate Feedback or Survey tool that best meets your needs.
 
We make every effort to strengthen our performance by enhancing our training, equipment, and organization wherever possible. We will use your information to provide employees with positive and constructive feedback.
